Literary Events

Literary highlights and talks this year include a thrilling mix of the international and local authors with acclaimed writers such as Selina Hastings, Charlotte Moore, Jane Robinson, and Hilary Spurling and of course our veteran Francis King; in addition, local publishers Myriad Editions present two young novelists Isabel Ashdown and Robert Dickinson. To say nothing of Rose Collis who introduces her revised edition of The New Encyclopaedia of Brighton and Carol Dyhouse who talks about Elinor Glyn and Diana Dors (and her new book Glamour). Reicke Schweitzer talks about ‘The Germans in their Century’.
